Meet The Founder
Oksana Malook, the Founder & General Manager at Kings & Parrots.
Oksana’s career began in a leading representation company that worked exclusively with privately owned 5-star hotels, where she developed a deep understanding of luxury hospitality and global travel markets. She then spent eight years with Four Seasons, working as an internal manager and gaining first-hand experience of how one of the world’s most respected hotel brands operates from the inside.
In 2018, Oksana founded Kings & Parrots, bringing together two decades of expertise in hospitality and hotel representation.
Her unique value lies in having worked both within a global luxury brand and on the representation side. This perspective allows her to understand the full picture from internal brand operations and service standards to external communication, market positioning and partnership development. She is equally fluent in the “internal kitchen” of hotel management and the strategic needs of the market.
Having spent her entire professional life in the luxury segment, Oksana has built long-standing relationships across the industry with travel advisors, tour operators, lifestyle curators and global partners. These are more than just professional connections: they’re relationships built on trust over many years, and thanks to them, we deliver real value to its clients.

Oksana loves her work for many reasons, but especially for the space it gives her to be creative. She truly believes in the idea that when you do what you love, it never feels like work, and she tries to live by that every day.
Nadya
Nadya is inspired by new impressions, travel and the simple joy of moving from point A to point B. She adores hotels and everything about them and still wonders why home doesn’t always come with a breakfast buffet.
Vika
Vika is a deeply creative soul who loves music of all kinds – from rock to classical – and can sit down at an instrument and play Autumn Leaves without a second thought.
